Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at usa@lmsglobaltrade.com with your order number. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. 
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
• Final sale items
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items not purchased directly from our website

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at usa@lmsglobaltrade.com with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Authorization & Shipping
• Do not return items without prior authorization.
• Once approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.
• Unauthorized returns may be rejected or lost since we cannot issue refunds for unauthorized returns, and we cannot be responsible for such shipments.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
