What ingredients do you use?
All LMS Natural Radiance formulas are built around clean, purposefully sourced ingredients — free from parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and harsh chemicals. We never add fillers.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. Every product in our range is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals at any stage of production.
Are products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Check each product’s full ingredient list. If you have known allergies, consult a dermatologist before use.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $50, applied automatically at checkout. No code required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track via your account on our website.

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item and appear on your original payment method within 3–5 additional business days.
